1. About Us
KickBottle UK designs and sells personalised sports water bottles and related products. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to KickBottle UK, and “you” refers to the customer.
2. Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- All information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You have permission to use any photographs, club logos, names or other content submitted for personalisation.
Orders are only accepted once payment has been been received and you receive an order confirmation.
3. Personalised Products
As every bottle is made to order:
- Please carefully check all spellings, names, squad numbers and uploaded images before submitting your order.
- You are responsible for ensuring all uploaded photographs are clear and of suitable quality for printing.
- Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished product due to different display settings and printing processes.
4. Design Approval
Before production begins, KickBottle UK will send you a digital proof of your personalised design for approval.
It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof and ensure all names, squad numbers, photographs, colours, spelling and other personalised details are correct.
Production will only begin once you have confirmed your approval.
Once you have approved the design, no further amendments can be made. KickBottle UK cannot accept responsibility for any spelling mistakes, incorrect information or design errors that were present in the approved proof.
If we do not receive your approval within 14 days of sending the design proof, we reserve the right to contact you for further instructions or cancel the order and issue a refund at our discretion.
5. Photos, Copyright and Permissions
By uploading photographs or artwork, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the images or have permission from the copyright owner to use them.
- You have the permission of any individuals featured in the photographs where required.
- The images do not infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
- The images do not contain offensive, defamatory, illegal or inappropriate content.
KickBottle UK reserves the right to refuse any order that contains material we believe is unlawful or inappropriate.
6. Club Logos and Trademarks
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any football club, league, academy or organisation logo supplied for personalisation.
KickBottle UK does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks or logos.
7. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Payment must be made in full before any design work or production begins.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
8. Production and Delivery
Once your design has been approved, we aim to manufacture and dispatch your order within the estimated times shown on our website.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
KickBottle UK cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
As all products are personalised and made to your specification, they are generally exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds where:
- You change your mind after approving your design.
- You have supplied incorrect names, squad numbers or photographs.
- The approved design contains errors that were not identified before approval.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or differs from the approved proof, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs showing the issue.
Where appropriate, we will repair, replace or refund the product in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
10. Faulty Products
If your bottle develops a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KickBottle UK shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Delays caused by delivery companies.
- Errors resulting from incorrect information or images supplied by customers.
- Errors that were present in a design proof approved by the customer.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
12. Privacy
We will only use your personal information to process your order, provide customer support and comply with our legal obligations.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
13. Intellectual Property
All original KickBottle UK branding, logos, website content, graphics and designs remain the intellectual property of KickBottle UK unless otherwise stated.
No part of our website or designs may be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
