Returns & Refunds Policy

Personalised Products

As all products are personalised specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns simply because you change your mind.

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We Will Replace or Refund If:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The product is faulty.
  • The product differs from the approved design proof.
  • We have made an error during production.

Reporting a Problem

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs showing the issue
  • A brief explanation

Approved Designs

Once a design proof has been approved by the customer, KickBottle UK cannot accept responsibility for spelling mistakes, names, squad numbers or other errors that were present in the approved artwork.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
